You agree to the terms of this disclaimer. You agree to hire Pat G Tuning to calibrate this specific vehicle. You agree that this tuning is for competition or off-road use only. You agree to forever hold Pat G Tuning harmless from all claims, damages, losses, suits, judgments, expense, or any liability of any nature from directly or indirectly out of, or in any way connected to the calibration changes requested. Since there are many trade secrets involved in the tuning process, there are no refunds for tuning once it has been delivered by email or in-person. You also agree not to share your Pat G Tuning calibration with other individuals or competitors.
